Rental app with a smart-lock key
A mobile app for Goldfarb Properties, a New York company with 26 properties and more than 7,000 apartments. A prospective tenant finds an apartment, gets a generated key for its smart lock, and goes to view it on their own schedule, with no visit to arrange.
Eastern Peak built the iOS and Android apps, the backend and the admin panel. Eastern Peak also built Goldfarb Connect, the residents’ app that opens the lobby and apartment doors from the phone and gives visitors temporary access.

SelfTour IQ
Self-guided apartment tours
SelfTour IQ lets prospective renters tour apartments on their own schedule. They find a SelfTour on the property website, then use the mobile app to schedule the tour, take it and apply. During the tour they unlock the doors with their phone, so no one has to meet them with a key. Leasing agents track leads and talk to prospects in a web portal. It is built for multifamily, student housing, build-to-rent and senior living operators.

DOORe
Smart door lock and video doorbell
A smart entrance for apartments and homes: a lock that opens by fingerprint or from the app, a doorbell with real-time HD video and two-way audio, and a bridge unit that connects both to the cloud over WiFi and Bluetooth.
Owners see who is at the door and let in family, friends or a housekeeper from anywhere, with time-limited virtual keys instead of mechanical keys that get lost or copied. The system keeps event logs and video recordings in the cloud for up to six months. Eastern Peak built the mobile apps, the AWS backend, and the firmware for the lock and the bridge.
