Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions (these “Terms of Service”), govern your access to and use of the Eastern Peak website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through easternpeak.com, including without limitation all sub-domains thereof on which this Terms of Service is posted (collectively, the “Website”) By accessing or using our Site, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, found here. 1. Performance Standard

Consultant represents and warrants that Services will be performed in a thorough and professional manner, consistent with high professional and industry standards by individuals with the requisite training, background, experience, technical knowledge and skills to perform Services.

2. QA

QA to be conducted on the following browsers:

3. Acceptance

Company shall have 20 days to review and accept Deliverables.

4. Liability Insurance

Company acknowledges that Consultant will not carry any liability insurance on behalf of Company. Company shall maintain in force adequate liability insurance to protect Company from: (i) claims under workers’ compensation and state disability acts; and (ii) claims of personal injury (or death) or tangible or intangible property damage (including loss of use) that arise out of any act or omission of Company.
