AI-powered real estate solutions we build

We design and integrate AI models into real estate products, so your team spends less time on lease paperwork and maintenance tickets. A person stays in the loop wherever a decision affects a tenant or a deal.

Lease and document extraction

Pulls rent, dates, renewal options and clauses out of leases and closing documents into structured data your team can search and report on.

Maintenance request triage

Reads incoming tenant requests, sets urgency, routes each one to the right vendor and drafts the reply.

Valuation and pricing models

Rent and price recommendations trained on your own portfolio plus market data, with the reasoning shown next to every number.

Tenant and lead assistant

Answers common questions and books viewings around the clock, then hands complex cases to staff with the full conversation attached.

Predictive maintenance

Models that spot equipment heading for failure from sensor readings and work-order history, so repairs get scheduled before tenants notice.

Our Real Estate Software Development Process

1

Discovery

A look at your properties and the systems you already run. You get a scope and a realistic budget range before any build starts.

2

Design and prototype

User flows and clickable prototypes, tested with real tenants or property staff where possible.

3

Build and integrate

Two-week sprints with working demos. Integrations with your platforms and hardware are built and tested early, since that is where surprises usually live.

4

Pilot

Launch in one building or one region first. We watch real usage and fix what the pilot shows before the wider rollout.

5

Rollout and support

Portfolio-wide release, with ongoing development as your needs change.

Goldfarb Properties rental app
Goldfarb Properties
Rental app with a smart-lock key

A rental app for a New York landlord with more than 7,000 apartments: a prospective tenant gets a smart-lock key on their phone and views the apartment alone. We also built Goldfarb Connect, the residents’ door-access app, live since October 2024.

REVIEWS

We wanted to enhance our shipping solutions by migrating our desktop-based platform and its users to a new web application. Good KPIs met our expectations, generating plans for future collaboration with Eastern Peak.

We had a development challenge, as well as a business one. We needed quality people quickly, so we decided to approach Eastern Peak. The results were excellent and we were able to exploit the full potential of the IoT.

Eastern Peak assumed responsibility for their results and never tried to deflect it. They stood behind their promises and were very pragmatic. We have received input on app development as well as on our general business model, which helped a lot.

We needed to find people who were experienced specifically with startup schedules. Most of the people I’ve worked with had experience of five or six startups, and they’re in their mid-20s. These guys have a good reputation, and I just got very lucky to work with them.

They gave me the knowledge, expertise, and experience I needed to launch everything from the beginning and to support it further. They’re like a partner in terms of thinking and creating new concepts, new features, and new ideas.

FAQs on Real Estate Software Development

1. How much does custom real estate software development cost?

It depends mostly on the platforms involved and how much hardware the software touches. A focused tenant app costs far less than a portfolio-wide data platform. Integrations affect the cost most: an older property management system with a limited API or a mix of lock and sensor brands takes more work than a modern stack.

2. How long does it take to build?

A first release of a focused app or portal usually takes three to six months, including discovery and a pilot. Larger platforms are released in stages, so your team gets working software early and the rest follows.

3. Do you work with smart locks and building hardware?

Yes. We connect software to smart locks, access control, sensors and building management systems, and write device firmware when a product needs it. We can work with the hardware you already have or help you choose devices that fit the software.

4. Who owns the code?

You do. Every project starts with an NDA, and you receive the source code and documentation.

5. How do you handle data security and compliance?

We encrypt tenant data in transit and at rest by default, and payments go through PCI DSS compliant providers, so card details never touch your servers. Staff accounts get multi-factor sign-in and role-based access. We follow GDPR in Europe and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA.

6. Do you build MVPs for proptech startups?

Yes. We build MVPs for proptech startups and develop them into the full product once the idea is proven.

7. Can you modernize or extend real estate software we already run?

Yes. Most of our real estate work sits next to an existing platform. We can add a new module to a platform you rely on, or move an in-house system to a modern stack in stages so the business keeps running throughout.

8. Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. We stay on after release for monitoring and new features, and the team that built the product is the team that supports it. Support can scale up for a portfolio-wide rollout and back down once things are stable.
