AI Agent Development Services

AI Agent Development
Built On Your Own Work

An agent built on your own jobs, quotes and documents, doing the routine work the way you would. First version in 6 to 8 weeks.

AI Agent Development That Knows Your Business

A business that has been running for fifteen years knows things no software company does. How you price an awkward job. Which supplier is worth the wait. What you promised that customer in 2019 and why. All of it sits in old files, past quotes, email threads and a few people’s heads.

There is no shortage of AI tools you can subscribe to. What they cannot do is know any of that. An agent we build starts from your own work: it reads what your business has already produced, learns how you do things, and then does the routine part the way you would do it. Your people approve the result, the code is yours, and if the first agent earns its keep we build the next.

If the problem is an old core system you cannot replace, start with legacy system modernization instead.

Where Most Teams Start

Four jobs businesses hand over first. Every one of them is built on work your company has already done.

Pricing and estimating the way you price

A request comes in for something similar to work you have done before. The agent finds those jobs, sees what you charged and what went wrong, and drafts the estimate on that basis. Your person adjusts it and sends it. New estimators stop guessing, and stop asking the one person who remembers.

Paperwork drafted from your own examples

Specifications, reports, handovers, service records, the documents your trade requires. The agent produces the first draft in your format, following your previous ones, filled in with the details of this job. Your team edits and signs off, which is much faster than starting from a blank template.

Fifteen years of know-how, searchable

Procedures, past decisions, why an exception was made, how a difficult customer was handled. The agent answers questions from your own files and always shows the document it took the answer from, so the knowledge survives whoever retires or leaves.

Catching what does not match how you work

An order, a spec or a booking that differs from how your business normally does it: an unusual discount, a missing approval, a specification that will not work with what the customer already has. The agent flags it while it can still be fixed, based on your history rather than a generic rule.

Off-the-shelf assistants know the internet. They do not know your prices, your customers or the way your business decides things. That is the whole point of building one on your own data.

Why Businesses Choose Eastern Peak

Your people decide

The agent prepares the work and shows what it did. Your team approves it. Nothing goes to a customer or into your records on the agent’s own say-so.

It works with what you already use

We build the connection to your tools, whether that is a well known system, something specific to your trade, or the spreadsheet that has run the business for ten years. Nothing gets replaced and nobody has to learn new screens.

You own it

The code is yours, with full access from day one, no monthly platform fee and nothing to be locked into. We sign an NDA before you tell us anything.

Before It Touches Live Work

You can check that it is right

Before it touches live work we run the agent against your real past cases, so you see how often it gets things right and where it struggles. You decide from that whether to widen its job, and you see the number before you commit to more.

What happens to your information

Before we connect anything, you get it in writing: which of your data the agent reads, what is sent to the company providing the AI model, what is stored and for how long. If none of it may leave your systems, we build the agent on a model that runs on your own infrastructure instead.

What We Build With

A short, boring stack on purpose. The interesting part is your data, not the tools.

Since 2012, Building Software That Stays Running

Since 2012 we have built and supported software for the European Commission, Soho House, DPD Group, Gett and Bizzabo, including systems we have kept running for years after launch. Machine learning has been part of that for a long time: automated support-request processing for Soho House, conversational ordering for a US restaurant platform, and computer-vision analytics.

The same senior team
from start to finish

Why there are no agent case studies on this page. An agent is built on a company’s own information and sits inside the way that company works. Publishing one would mean publishing how our client prices jobs, handles customers and makes decisions, so we do not put individual builds on display, and we would protect yours the same way. What we will do instead is show you the approach on a call, applied to a job of your own, and put the data handling in writing before anything is connected.

From First Call to Working Agent

1

Scoping

Weeks 1-2. We sit with the people who do the job today, work out exactly which job to hand over first, and agree how we will know it is working.

2

Design

Week 3. What the agent does step by step, what your team sees, and where they approve. As a clickable prototype, before anything is built.

3

Build

Weeks 4-6. We build it and test it against your real past cases, so accuracy is a number you have seen rather than a promise.

4

Launch

Weeks 7-8. It goes live on the first job, your team is shown how to run it, and we tell you honestly what is worth handing over next.

Six to eight weeks from the day we can reach your systems. If access takes longer on your side, we start on the parts that do not need it and tell you in week one what it means for the date. You approve the plan before we build, and you can stop after the first version.

See What a First Agent Would Take Off Your Team

Tell us about one job your team repeats. We come back with which part of it is worth handing to an agent first and roughly how many hours a week that gives you back. You keep the estimate whether you hire us or not.

FAQs on AI Agent Development

1. How is an AI agent different from a chatbot, or from the AI tools we could just subscribe to?

A chatbot answers questions from what it read on the internet. An agent does a job, and it does it from your material: your past quotes, your documents, your decisions. That is also the difference from a subscription tool, which can be useful but has never seen how your business works. The agent is built for one job of yours and hands its work to a person to approve.

2. Will it work with the software we already have?

Yes. We build the connection to what you run today, whether that is a well known system, something specific to your trade, or a spreadsheet. If a system has no proper way in, the agent starts from the exports your team already pulls. Replacing your software is not part of this.

3. What happens when the agent gets something wrong?

Your people approve the work before it counts, which is the whole design. Every run is logged with what the agent did and which document it used, so a wrong answer can be traced and fixed rather than argued about.

4. Where does our information go?

You get it in writing before anything is connected: what the agent reads, what is sent to the AI provider, what is kept. If nothing may leave your systems, we build on a model that runs on your own infrastructure.

5. How long does the first agent take?

Six to eight weeks from the day we can reach your systems, to a version that is doing real work.

6. How much does AI agent development cost?

It depends on the job, so we price it after scoping, when what we are building is written down. You approve the plan before we build and you are free to stop after the first version, so the decision to continue is always yours to make with something working in front of you.

7. Do we own the code?

Yes. Full access from day one, no monthly platform fee, nothing to be locked into. If you want another team to take it over later, nothing stops you.

8. We are a small business. Is this only for big companies?

No. The businesses this suits best are the ones where two or three people are spending half their week on the same routine, which is far more common at 20 people than at 2,000.

REVIEWS

We wanted to enhance our shipping solutions by migrating our desktop-based platform and its users to a new web application. Good KPIs met our expectations, generating plans for future collaboration with Eastern Peak.

We had a development challenge, as well as a business one. We needed quality people quickly, so we decided to approach Eastern Peak. The results were excellent and we were able to exploit the full potential of the IoT.

Eastern Peak assumed responsibility for their results and never tried to deflect it. They stood behind their promises and were very pragmatic. We have received input on app development as well as on our general business model, which helped a lot.

We needed to find people who were experienced specifically with startup schedules. Most of the people I’ve worked with had experience of five or six startups, and they’re in their mid-20s. These guys have a good reputation, and I just got very lucky to work with them.

They gave me the knowledge, expertise, and experience I needed to launch everything from the beginning and to support it further. They’re like a partner in terms of thinking and creating new concepts, new features, and new ideas.

We will get back to you within one business day.
